Turnip top dressing 230 g, glass jar, Agricola Taurino

In a jar, a typically Apulian ready dish. The vegetables are cooked over a slow heat according to tradition, without ever turning but only shaking them with oil, chilli pepper and chopped onion. The result is intended to enhance the dishes it serves as a side dish (meat, cheese) or to accompany dry pasta, orecchiette in particular.

Ingredients: Turnip greens, olive oil, white wine, onion, salt, vinegar, chilli pepper. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
